Jewel nozzles apply to solenoid valves

Jewel nozzles are precision components made of wear-resistant materials (such as ruby, sapphire, or diamond). It is primarily used to direct and stabilize flow in high-pressure fluid systems.

Its core function is to generate a high-pressure jet through a tiny aperture (0.10-0.40mm), ensuring precise and stable fluid injection. It is widely used in water jet cutting, spray systems, and other fields.

In solenoid valve-controlled systems, jewel nozzles act as actuators, converting the fluid (such as gas or liquid) regulated by the solenoid valve into a high-speed, atomized spray. 

For example, in a spray system, the solenoid valve controls the flow of fluid via an electrical signal, while the jewel nozzle further refines the fluid into uniform droplets for applications such as flux spraying or fire sprinklers.

This integration improves system response accuracy and wear resistance, especially in high-pressure environments.
